Recently refurbished with hardwood floors and black tile, this 40m² property is a spacious, stylish place to relax after a day in the city. The bedroom/ living room area is large, with a flat screen television and a comfortable double bed.
Located along the Spree River, you will be within walking distance of many of Charlottenburg's green areas, including Tiergarten and a sports stadium. There is a shopping mall nearby and an abundance of S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations.
What we liked the most
- The studio area is large and spacious, and you can comfortably watch the flat-screen television from either the double bed or the stylish couch.
- The kitchen is well-equipped with many modern appliances.
- You are located in a little isle surrounded by the Spree, and very close to several of Berlin's green areas.
- The studio is modern and stylishly furnished, and the floors were recently refurbished.
Things to keep in mind
- The nearest U-Bahn station is 20-minutes walk away, but once you walk there, there is an abundance of stations to choose from.
