This ground floor studio apartment on Dominicusstraße is contemporary, charming and cozy. There are large windows in the main living area and kitchen, so you get ample light during the day, although this is an interior courtyard space. The kitchen is located through a door from the main area. It is fully equipped and includes both a washing machine and a dishwasher. The bathroom, which has a shower stall, is located near the front door along the corridor. The studio itself has an open-plan and is quite spacious. It’s furnished with a double bed, a 4-seat dining table, cozy sofa, armchair and a flatscreen TV for watching your favorite movies or series.
Your new home is located in the southern part of Schöneberg. On the one hand, the neighborhood is upscale. On the other hand, it’s eclectic with lots of little galleries and shops toward the north part of the area. You won’t have trouble meeting all of your everyday needs living here. There is a pharmacy and hair salon nearby and the Penny Markt supermarket is a minute away. For entertainment, you can check out performances at Xtraelectra Theater around the corner. And there is an Odeon Kino cinema just 4 minutes away. There are also dozens of cafés and cocktail lounges nearby, as well as a diverse range of restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The apartment comes equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine, which makes life easier.
- Overlooking the interior courtyard, the studio is quieter. Yay! You can sleep in without excess street noise!
- There are Italian, Indian, German and barbecue restaurants within a 10-minute walk.
- Within a 15-minute walk you will find four parks, including a dog park just 7 minutes away.
