This studio has all the necessary amenities in a great location! The 32 m² space includes a living area and bedroom with a sofa bed and television, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is also a wonderful outdoor terrace with views of the city, the perfect spot for enjoying dinner and drinks with friends!
Located in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg neighbourhood, the apartment is adjacent to the Rudolph-Wilde Park, a beautiful green space perfect for a leisurely walk, run or weekend picnic! The area is home to several businesses, as well as restaurants and cafes. The well-known restaurant, Ratskeller Schöneberg, is located right down the street.
