Although small, this property has everything you need with a bathroom, kitchen and living/bedroom area, so you won't be going without the essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, pans and cutlery, so just bring yourself and your things. The living room and bedroom area is cosy and has lots of seating space including a table and chairs, twin beds and a sofa, so you will have plenty of space to relax and host guests. The landlord is also flexible and is able to remove 1 of the beds to make more space if there is only 1 occupant of the property.
This property is located on Erich-Weinert-Straße in Berlin's Prenzlauer berg district. In this location you are well connected with the rest of the city, making this an ideal location for commuters. The surrounding area is also full of bars, shops, restaurants and there is even a cinema. You also have the Schönhauser Allee Arcaden shopping centre aorund the corner, so you needn't travel into central Berlin to get everything you need.
