In Schöneberg, there is a room for rent in this sun-filled 2-bedroom apartment. The 70 m² property is sometimes shared with the live-in landlord, but you will often have the entire place to yourself. There is wood flooring throughout as well as stylish and practical decor. The kitchen and living room are open-plan creating a cozy living space and also open up onto a small balcony.
On Motzstraße, you are in a great location. You have a well-connected U-bahn station just a few minutes' walk away and are just 1 street over from a lively avenue. Your neighboring street, Maaßenstraße, is the perfect place for dinner or a night out, lined with restaurants, cafes, and bars. Less than 15 minutes away, you also have 2 shopping centers.

- The bedroom is bright and spacious.
- The balcony is a perfect place to sit back and relax.
- We love the open-plan kitchen and living room.
- You are very well-connected by public transport.
