This stylish 2-bedroom apartment on Erasmusstraße, in Moabit is fully furnished and has a spacious room to rent. The 60 m² property has a modern equipped kitchen, lovely polished wooden floors, and 1 tidy tiled bathroom. Heating is installed throughout to help keep you warm in winter.
The apartment is located in Moabit, a trendy spot just west of Mitte. This area of Berlin is popular with students and young professionals, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars within easy reach. The area is ideal for students, with several of Berlin's major University campuses found in the area.
What we liked the most
- Moabit is an excellent spot to base yourself and well within reach of the city centre.
- The apartment features lovely polished wooden floors.
- The apartment is nice and bright and has a stylish decor.
- Central heating is installed throughout.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of bench space to cook.
- There are some nice parks within easy reach of the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
