There are beds and rooms for rent in this stylish 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Fritz-Elsas-Straße in Tempelhof-Schöneberg. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a large, shared refrigerator and oven. The bathroom is similarly well-equipped with a shower over bath, sink and toilet.
The Volkspark Schöneberg-Wilmersdorf is only a 2-minute walk away and is a great place to relax, walk or exercise. There is also a supermarket only a 10-minute walk away, as well as several restaurants and other stores. The Berlin Zoo is only a 20-minute bus ride away as well, if you are looking for something to do on your days off.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The Universität der Künste Berlin is a 25-minute bus ride away.
- The apartment is furnished with easy-care, stylish wooden floors.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher, so you won't need to spend too much time cleaning up.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is central heating, but no AC.
