This renovated, 1st floor apartment with 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom is for rent on Beusselstraße in Mitte. The kitchen has a small table and chairs, as well as an oven and stove so you can cook up a storm. The living room is similarly well-equipped with a table and chairs and sofa, and lovely hardwood floors with a neutral decor.
The wonderful Großer Tiergarten is just over half-an hour away and is a great space to spend a lovely summer day. You'll find Berlin Zoo and a cafe in the park as well. Closer to the apartment you will find a few shops, restaurants and a pharmacy so you won't need to go far to find the essentials.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, bath, toilet and sink. You will also find the washing machine here.
- There is an additional storage closet in this apartment so you have plenty of space for your belongings.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The bedroom is spacious and has 2 windows to let in plenty of natural light as well as a double bed.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment has heating but no AC.
- This is a 1st floor apartment without an elevator.
