This chic apartment with 1 bedroom for rent on Voßstraße is on the 5th floor. The decor and furnishings are modern. It’s an open-plan space with tons of light shining in from the glass door to the balcony. The kitchen is contemporary. It’s fully equipped and has a bar table with seats. The living area has a large sofa and TV, and the balcony is also furnished. You can also access the balcony from the bedroom. This bedroom has a large wardrobe, a double bed, and an ensuite bathroom. And there is a washing machine in the bathroom, as well as a tub and a shower.
It’s easy to guess that your new apartment in Tiergarten is close to the park of the same name. In fact, the park is just a 5-minute walk away. It’s a beautiful and sprawling spot that offers lots of activities. But it’s not the only thing nearby. Potsdamer Platz is just around the corner. Humboldt University of Berlin is a 20-minute walk away. You’re close to the opera house, museums, and sites like Checkpoint Charlie. There are a few restaurants nearby, but dozens of shops and the Mall of Berlin are just across the street.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is furnished and extends from the living area to the bedroom.
- The ensuite bathroom has a tub, shower, and a washing machine.
- You can walk to downtown Berlin within half an hour.
- It’s a great neighborhood that will keep you busy with things to see and do.
