This spacious 1-bedroom apartment on Rudower Str, Treptow-Köpenick, has a kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove top, kettle, and a dining table for 4. The living room has 2 sofas and TV and opens out onto a large back garden. The bedroom is spacious and light with a double bed and its own heating unit. The bathroom also has a bath and shower combo, and it also where the washing machine is.
The neighbourhood surrounding this apartment is very green and suburban. The closest supermarket is less than a 5 minute walk and some restaurants nearby too. There are many bus stops scattered nearby that provide excellent transport links to either train stations or the rest of the city.
What we liked the most
- There's a nice big rug and bright red curtains creating a really cozy living room.
- In the kitchen, living room and bedroom there is plenty of storage.
- It's perfect for someone who loves the outdoors with rivers, ponds and parks everywhere.
- There's a bowling alley around the corner!
- The living area is really spacious and flows out to the backyard, perfect for a barbeque!
Things to keep in mind
- There is no AC, but the landlord says one could be added by request.
- The Wi-Fi is not installed in the flat but can be put in for a fee.
