This excellent 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Huttenstrasse is on the 1st floor. You’ll love the office nook, surrounded on three sides by windows, located in the double bedroom. The rest of the apartment is charismatic, too. Aside from the posh tiled bathroom, there are wood floors throughout. The equipped kitchen is offset, but open to the combined living and dining room. This area is spacious with a large window and trendy, but comfy decor.
Moabit is a great Berlin neighborhood. And this is where your new home is located. There is a gritty, industrial element to it. It’s full of artists, hipsters, students, and immigrants. Green spaces, like Otto and Fritz-Schloss parks, are within walking distance. The canals and Spree river are also nearby. You’ll find a fantastic spa at the center of Fritz-Schloss Park. Grocery stores are close. And banks, shops, and pharmacies are also easy to reach.
