The decor is cool with a blue, white, grey, and black palette. It’s furnished with a sofa, coffee table, funky area rug, TV, and modern 4-seat table.The bathroom is chic with modern tiling. There is a washing machine on the property, and the double bedroom has a clothing rack and box shelving, as well as a window.
Moabit isn’t one of those neighborhoods you fall in love with at first site. It’s still a bit rough around the edges. However, the area has a lot of charm and a lot of depth. There are eclectic art galleries and unique performance spaces. You'll find ethnic restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Trendy pubs and traditional bakeries aren’t far, either. Otto Park and Fritz-Schloss Park are laid-back getaways. Once you get to know Moabit, you’ll be enamored.
