This wonderful 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Guineastrasse is on the 1st floor. It’s cozy, but still has an airy feel. The kitchen, living, and dining areas are combined in a single space. The sofa and 4-seat dining table have a trendy look. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the modern bathroom has a shower stall. There is even a washing machine on-site, and the bedroom is calming.
Beuth University may be the largest in Wedding, but the neighborhood is also home to the renowned Charité Campus. You’re close to both. You’re also just minutes away from supermarkets, and only a 10-minute transit ride from downtown. The area is filled with wonderful, multicultural restaurants. It’s also close to Rehberge Stadium, Goethe Park, and the beaches of Plötzensee.
