This unique 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Guineastrasse is on the ground floor. It has a combined kitchen, living, and dining area. And it’s somewhat unusual. The space is rectangular with one corner cut out, narrowing toward the one large window. It’s cool and fairly roomy. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom and bathroom have a Scandinavian look. And there is a washing machine on the premises, too.
Wedding is an affordable, multicultural neighborhood with lots to do. It’s close to Beuth University of Applied Sciences and the Children’s Hospital. And it’s a 10-minute transit ride from downtown. Over the last few years, the area has been transforming. It’s less working class and more trendy today. There are dozens of cool bars nearby. Grocery and other shopping are just around the corner.
