This 1-bedroom apartment on Oderberger Str., in Pankow, is stylishly decorated and opens out onto a lovely balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The spacious 63 m² property has a cozy living area, and a large, separate kitchen with a dining table. The bathroom has both a bathtub and shower.
The apartment is located in a well-connected area, just 6 minutes from Eberswalder Straße U-Bahn. The iconic Mauerpark is just around the corner, and is an ideal place to relax outdoors when the weather is good. You will find shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, so there is plenty to do on your days off.
What we liked the most
- The balcony can be accessed from both the bedroom and living area, and offers lovely street views.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- The flat screen television can be enjoyed from a comfortable sofa.
- The bathroom is spacious and also has the washing machine.
- The apartment is close to transport and amenities.
