This lovely 55 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Mitte is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The apartment has big windows, polished wood flooring, and simple but stylish decor. There is a bright and spacious living room, furnished with a couch, dining table, and huge flat-screen TV. Right next to the living room, you have the fully equipped kitchen that comes with modern appliances, which include a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom is fully furnished and has a big comfy bed and floor-length curtains that create a cozy atmosphere.
On Gartenstraße, not only are you in the central district of Mitte, but you are surrounded by public transportation to be able to move around town quickly and easily. You are on a residential street with an indoor swimming pool across the street and plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants just a few minutes away. Professionals or PhD students are also just 20 minutes from the the Humboldt University of Berlin.
