It has a sofa facing a flat-screen television, an armchair and matching footrest, and a large dining table and chairs. The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, and oven, as well as a dishwasher, while the bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower, and there is a washing machine in the apartment too.
This apartment is really well located, close to the Schönhauser Allee Station, so you can get around Berlin easily. Falkplatz Park, where you can have a jog or a summer picnic in the sun, is also nearby, and you'll find a selection of restaurants within a few minutes' walk too.

- We loved the wooden floors in the apartment!
- There is both a sofa and an armchair, and the armchair has a matching footrest.
- There is a dishwasher and a washing machine – convenient!
- Our Homechecker, Claus, said this apartment is large, stylish and open.
