You have to walk up a couple flights of stairs to get to this 2nd floor 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Guineastrasse. It’s worth it, though. With big windows and wood floors, it’s a fantastic open-plan space. The bedroom and bathroom are both private, of course.The living area has a unique, slightly L-shaped layout. The fully-equipped kitchen seems set apart, but is still part of the room. It's bright and airy with a trendy, modern decor, and is furnished with a 4-seat dining table, sofa, coffee table and a wall-mounted TV.
Wedding is a great neighborhood with interesting buildings and plenty to do. You’re practically next door to Beuth University of Applied Sciences. You’re away from Volkspark Rehberge, where you can take a stroll or catch a football game at Rehberge Stadium. During the evening, you can catch up with friends for a craft beer at Vagabund Brauerei or meet them for dinner at one of the local restaurants. Grab your groceries at one of the four supermarkets on Müllerstrasse to cook up a meal for friends, then take a 10-minute stroll to Cineplex Alhambra to catch a movie.
