This 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Fehmarner Strasse is stylish and modern. The building doesn’t have an elevator and the space is located on the 3rd floor, but at least you’ll get your workout living here! Fortunately, you can relax into one of the double beds in each of the bedrooms. The bathroom has a tub, just in case you want to light up some candles and grab a glass of wine. The main area of the apartment is open-concept. It’s elegant and comfortable with unique wood floors and a large window. The one-wall kitchen has white brick tiling and is fully equipped with modern appliances. The rest of the room is furnished with a 4-seat dining table, TV, sofa and a coffee table where you can put up your feet.
Your new apartment in Mitte is located close to a number of wonderful green spaces. Eckernförder Platz is a fabulous area that runs along the canal. Sprengelpark is just down the street near the Monis-Sexkino cinema. You’re also close to a couple of medical clinics and children's hospitals. The Institute of Tropical Medicine and International Health is only a 5-minute walk away. Beauth University of Applied Sciences is less than 10 minutes away. For shopping, you’ll find an Edeka supermarket nearby and an Asian grocery store even closer. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants here, too.
