This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Blücherstrasse is contemporary and fantastic. It’s on the 3rd floor, but there isn’t an elevator. The bedroom isn’t a large space, but it’s enough for a double bed, bed stands and a good night's sleep. The unique bathroom has a window and a shower cabinet. The fully-equipped kitchen is in its own room, and has an open window overlooking the common area. It’s stylish and has a tall 2-seat breakfast table near the window. The living and dining rooms combine in an area with wood floors and 2 windows. With a dinner table, sofa bed and TV, it’s a great space to have a meal and relax.
Kreuzberg neighborhood has a trendy vibe and plenty to see and do. Luftschiffer-Denkmal is an historical site just down the street. The Luise-Grimm-Museum is 10 minutes away and close to the 19th century Fichte-Bunker gasometer. For a night out, you can stroll along the nearby Landwehr Canal, and maybe check out one of the restaurants along the path. The Sputnik Kino cinema is a 6-minute walk away and the sprawling green Peoples Park Bunnyheath is just beyond here. Maybachufer Turkish market is only open two days a week, but it’s a colorful and lively place that’s worth the 20-minute walk.
