This spacious 42 m² 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Pätzer Strasse in Neukölln. The bedroom has a double bed and is separate from the living area by chic screen doors. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, and the bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Akazienwäldchen is under a 10-minute walk away, as is Gutspark Britz and Museum Neukölln. There is also a pharmacy, post office and a supermarket nearby, so you won't need to go far for the essentials.
What we liked the most
- The large living area is a great space to relax outside of your room.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There are several large windows throughout the apartment to let in plenty of natural light.
