This stylish 1-bedroom apartment on Chausseestraße, in Mitte, has a spacious open plan kitchen and living area that opens out onto a balcony. The bedroom in the 67 m² property is furnished with a double bed, and the modern bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower.
The apartment is located in a central and well-connected area, just 5 minutes from the Natural History Museum where you will also find an U-Bahn station. There are several parks and cultural attractions to explore nearby, and you will find shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is in brand new building and has underfloor heating and good quality windows that isolate outside noise.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee maker to help you kickstart your day.
- The luminous living area comes with a dining table, sofa and television.
- The bathroom has a heated towel rack and washer-dryer.
- The large balcony provides an excellent space to relax outdoors and get some fresh air.
- Park am Nordbahnhof is within walking distance, where you will find the fantastic urban beach BeachMitte.
