The 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Knaackstraße is perfect if you're looking for a lively neighborhood. As soon as you walk through the front door into the hallway, you can’t help but notice the gorgeous wood floors. This short corridor leads to an open-concept space. It has a couple of windows, so you will enjoy natural light in this area. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and there is a 3-seat table where you can enjoy a meal. The elegant living area is furnished with a sofa that has a chaise, as well as an armchair and TV. In the bathroom, you can relax in a large tub, and the bedroom is a cozy little space where you can get a good night sleep.
From your apartment in Prenzlauer Berg you can walk downtown in roughly 30 minutes. The neighborhood is rich in history. It's home to East German counter-culture and an eclectic squatting community. Today, it has a thriving art community and nightlife scene. Plus, there are bars, restaurants and theaters all around you. You’re only 12 minutes from Mauerpark too. Here you can visit the Open Air Museum or take in a game at Max-Schmeling-Halle sport arena. There is also a grocery store at the edge of this park, although the Rewe supermarket is only 5 minutes from your door.
