This stylish 1-bedroom apartment on Pestalozzistraße, in Charlottenburg has lovely wooden floors and gorgeous exposed brick walls. The 58 m² property has a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with a sofa, dining table, and television, as well as a modern bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine, and 2 sinks.
The apartment is located in a chic neighbourhood with plenty to see and do. There are several shops, cafes and restaurants in the streets surrounding the apartment, and the area is also very well-connected by public transport.
Please note that many apartments in this building are furnished identically, and therefore Spotahome is using the photo set from one rentable unit to represent multiple units in the building. The only notable difference between units in this building are in total area and which floor they are located on.
What we liked the most
