This spacious and beautiful 2-bedroom loft apartment is available for rent in Pankow, Berlin. The living room and kitchen is open plan and has a large sofa and coffee table facing a wall-mounted flat-screen television. There is also a dining table which can seat up to 4 people, and the skylights let in lots of natural light. There is also a desk by one of the windows. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, dishwasher, oven, and a 4-burner stove. The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower, a sink, a toilet, and a washing machine. The living room also opens up onto a small private balcony which has outside seating and a view of Berlin. The 2 bedrooms both have twin beds which can be pushed together to make doubles if desired, and bedroom 2 also has a cot for infants if needed.
The local area is residential, although there is a supermarket around a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a park on the same street as the apartment, which has a gymnasium and a martial arts club - not that you'll need it after the walk up and down the apartment stairs!

- It's a loft apartment, so the balcony has a great view and the windows let in lots of light.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator (but trust us, it's worth it!).
