This spacious 2-bedroom apartment on Fasanenstraße, in Wilmersdorf is tidy and in an excellent location. The 64 m² property has a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and television, an equipped kitchen, a tidy tiled bathroom, a large bedroom, and a smaller bedroom which has a sofa bed (1.30 metres wide) which is very comfortable.
The apartment is located in Wilmersdorf, upscale neighbourhood in western Berlin. There are several universities in the area, which creates an interesting mix of students and wealthy families. Living here you will have lots of excellent boutiques and restaurants right outside your door and and be close to some popular nightclubs as well as the zoo. This apartment is also really close to KADEWE, the Kurfürstendamm, and the Fasanenstraße (a big literature district).
What we liked the most
- Wilmersdorf is a vibrant area to live in Berlin.
- Central heating is installed throughout.
- The comfortable living room has a large sofa and a dining table.
