This 1-bedroom apartment is a bright, a spacious and stylish place to call your home. The wooden floors and doors provide a sophisticated feel. The large and modern living room has a dining area, sofa, coffee table, TV, and best of all it has a balcony where you can relax and enjoy drinking Weißbier overlooking a lovely, peaceful neighbourhood. Your cosy bedroom is very spacious and bright. The kitchen is massive and includes yet another dining area. You also have your own parking space.
This beautiful, leafy, quiet, upper-class area of Berlin is ideal for professionals. Several posh restaurants are only 5 minutes walking distance, including an Italian - Trattoria Da Remo, a Spanish - La Malaga or the traditional German, Beisl. There are ample of bars, cafes, shops and supermarkets nearby. Then there are a number of parks, lakes, or the river Spree which make the area, green, serene and safe. With an S-Bahn station a comfortable walking distance away, transport to the heart of the capital is a breeze.
