A charming 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Pankow, Madrid. The flat is beautifully decorated throughout with white walls and a mixture of classic and modern furniture. There is a dining room with a 4-seater table, which will be great for hosting guests. There is also a large living room that has plenty of seating and storage space, so you are able to make the most of the space available and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cook for yourself and your guests, there is even a dishwasher.
The property is located on Otto-Brahm-Straße in Berlin's Pankow district. The Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg is within walking distance of the property, so if you ever want to escape the pressures of city life, this is an ideal location for you. You are also well connected with the rest of Berlin with the Gounodstr. Tram Station around the corner, commuting made easy.

- The apartment is well lit and bright with natural light, thanks to the numerous windows.
- The decoration is modern and classic, giving this apartment character.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need, so if you like to cook, this is the place for you!
- There is lots of seating space throughout, great for hosting guests.
- The living room is large yet cosy, great place to relax.
- There is plenty of storage space throughout the apartment.
- The bedroom has an independent key for that added bit of security.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen.
