A sunny and spacious 3-bedroom apartment with a balcony is available to rent nearby a U-Bahn station in Wedding, Berlin. The property is located in a 1920's building, and was renovated in 2008 to a high standard. The apartment is sizeable and bright, and it has a large living room with an enormous sofa-bed, a flatscreen TV, and a retro-style dining table. The fitted kitchen has all of the essentials, including a large fridge-freezer, an oven, a washing machine, and a convenient dishwasher. The bathroom is clean, and it has a big shower/bathtub, a washbasin, and a toilet. The balcony has a small table with chairs, and it faces the large and green inner courtyard. This apartment can host 4-6 people across the 3 bedrooms.
This apartment is situated on Limburger Str between Brusseler Kiez and Sprengel Kiez, small areas located in the larger district of Wedding/Mitte. Mitte is one of Berlin's most central, popular neighborhoods. The apartment is situated near the Virchow Hospital and the Beuth University of Applied Sciences. Brusseler Kiez/Sprengel Kiez are vibrant, family friendly neighbourhoods which have restaurants, shops and bars that serve produce from many different countries. The landlord says that there are also several breweries nearby. The property is very well connected by public transport, as you have the U-Bahn, the bus and the tram only a 3-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn (Ringbahn) is only 1 stop away.
