Spacious, bright, modern and chic. This 64 m², 1 bedroom apartment has it all. With plenty of floor space, and contemporary furnishing there is an understated elegance to the apartment, and it feels very open and calming. It is also very well equipped, with a complete, modern kitchen, and a separate laundry room with a washing machine. The apartment also has a spacious balcony which overlooks the interior courtyard.
This part of the city is predominately residential, but there is a scattering of shops around the nearby station, where you can also find a few restaurants. For groceries, there is a Lidl about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- We love the bright, airy, open-plan living area, with its chic furnishings.
- From the balcony you have peaceful views of the courtyard between the buildings.
- You have a huge bed for the ultimate sleep!
- To get back to nature, stroll to the nearby Fennsee, a lake surrounded by trees and greenery. Lovely!
