This 44 m², 1-bedroom apartment offers comfortable, peaceful living. The apartment is an open-plan space with a separate bedroom, and is decorated in cool, calm tones. The kitchen is well equipped, and leads on to the living area, which has a small dining table and comfortable sofa. From the bedroom, you have access to a balcony, which overlooks the quiet street. This is a bright and welcoming apartment, which will feel like home as soon as you move in.
You'll be living in a beautiful area, full of old buildings which line cobblestone streets, where local cafes and bars have tables spilling onto the wide pavements. You can walk to the Spree in about 20-25 minutes, and are just a shot walk from the trendy bars of Freidrichshain.
What we liked the most
- We love the balcony. A very relaxing place to sit and read on a warm evening.
- The kitchen appliances are good quality, by Siemens.
- Victoria-Center shopping centre is a short walk away, and here you can find a Kaufland supermarket, as well as other amenities.
