This very stylish and modern apartment is available to rent in the quiet central district of Mitte. The 68 m² apartment boasts a catalogue-like kitchen, full of shiny surfaces and brand-new appliances. There is a large living room, with contemporary furnishings and balcony access, an immaculate bathroom with a corner bath, and 2 bedrooms. The smaller room has a double sofa-bed, while the master room has a large double bed.
This is a quiet and residential area of the city, full of wide, tree lined streets. Although there's not a lot in the immediate area, there is a Kaiser's grocery store just across the street, and it is a short walk to Kastanienallee and Oderberger Straße, where you can find a plethora of shops, bars, and restaurants. There is also the leafy Akonaplatz, just moments from the door, where there is a fresh produce market every Friday afternoon and a flea market on Sundays.
What we liked the most
- We love the huge master bedroom, bright and effortlessly pulling together the same clean lines and chic contemporary style as the rest of the apartment.
- The kitchen. It just looks like it would be a pleasure to cook in.
- You can buy your fresh ingredients for Saturday's dinner party every Friday night at the local market.
- Museums, theatre, culture. Just a 10 minute walk away in Kulturbrauerei.
