Located on the border of El Raval and Poble Sec, this sunny studio apartment is available to rent. The 32 m² apartment has modern amenities, wood flooring, and 2 big windows that look out onto the street. The main room is well-sized with the equipped kitchenette and small dining table next to the window and a large sofa bed and standalone wardrobe near the entrance. There is a spacious bathroom, where you can also find a washing machine.
The apartment is on the busy Avinguda del Paraŀlel, which means you are surrounded by plenty of commerce. Right outside your door, you can find grocery stores, cafes, banks and restaurants. If in need of a little green, you have a small garden right across the street. You are well-connected by bus and metro but are also within walking distance of the Port, Las Ramblas, and the Mirador Poble Sec.
What we liked the most
- The windows are double glazed to keep out the street noise.
- The large sofa bed creats a cozy living room area.
- The bathroom is big and modern.
- The location is perfect, less than 10 minutes to the Mirador Poble Sec and Las Ramblas.
