This studio apartment to rent on Carrer de Sant Pere Més Alt is truly one-of-a-kind. A fantastic and inspiring fully open-concept space, one area of the apartment flows beautifully into the next area. Broad steel and wood beam ceilings add an industrial touch, while micro-tiling on the floor is artsy and contemporary. A raised wooden platform with a half wall creates a dividing line to the furnished living area, but then opens up to a 3-seat bar style table. The kitchen is equipped, and 2 windows allow natural light to filter in. A large bathtub cuts into the kitchen, and just beyond, you’ll find a roomy shower stall before coming across the one door inside the studio, which hides the toilet.

El Born is a hot and happening neighborhood near the Gothic Quarter, and it has almost as many narrow Medieval streets for you to explore. Hopefully you won’t get lost, but if you do, you’re likely to discover quaint shops and perfect little tapas bars. Right around the corner from your apartment you’ll find a few small art galleries, and the Nømad Coffee Lab & Shop, which might be worth checking out just because it sounds intriguing. Also nearby are hair salons, two supermarkets, and a bike-sharing station is just a 1-minute walk away if you feel like a ride through the nearby Ciutadella Park.
