This studio apartment for rent on Carrer del Rec is perfect if you love an open, yet well-defined contemporary space. The moment you step through the door onto the gorgeous wood floors, with exposed wooden beams overhead and swaths of brick and stonework on the walls, you’ll feel right at home. The studio is cozy but there is ample space and storage.

The raw natural decor blends effortlessly with modern everyday living. From an equipped kitchen with plenty of small appliances to a washing machine, a double bed and a comfortable living room with a balcony to the street, you won’t want for anything in your new home.

This studio apartment is located in the historical and trendy neighborhood of El Born, just 3 minutes away from Parc de la Ciutadella. The area surrounding Carrer del Rec is made up of narrow, mainly pedestrian streets with tons of stylish clothing and designer furniture stores where you can shop during the day, and tons of cocktail bars and restaurants that come to life at night. The area is also a hotbed for all kinds of museums and galleries, with the European Museum of Modern Art, the Picasso Museum, the El Born CCM and even the Chocolate Museum all within 3 minutes of your front door.

  • The decor is both rustic and ultra-modern, with exposed stone and brickwork, as well as beautiful wood floors throughout.
  • The space is so well-thought-out that the apartment almost feels more like a 1-bedroom apartment than a studio.
  • The location is awesome, just a hop away from Parc de la Ciutadella and the beaches of Barceloneta.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is only on the 1st floor, but keep in mind that there's no elevator.
