This spacious apartment covers 40 m² and is on Carrer dels Mariners, La Barceloneta. The apartment is furnished including a double bed, chest of drawers, full-sized fridge-freezer and washing machine. The living area is separate from the bedroom.

La Barceloneta is a vibrant neighbourhood by the sea, and the apartment is only a short walk away from supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities including the Plaça del Llagut. The Aquarium Barcelona is only a 12-minute walk, as is the Zoo.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment includes a small balcony with clothes line.
  • There is a heater in the bedroom to keep you warm year round.
  • The kitchen comes with an electric hob and everything you need to cook.
  • There is a large wardrobe in the hall with ample storage space.
  • Windows in each room let in large amounts of natural light.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no elevator leading to this apartment.
  • There is no oven in the kitchen, but there is a microwave.
