This modern studio apartment on Carrer de Marià Aguiló, Poblenou, covers an area of 30 m² and opens out onto a balcony. The main room is furnished with a double bed, and also has a fully equipepd kitchen. There is also a fully tiled bathroom
The apartment is located in a new part of the city, close to the beach and a metro station. La Rambla de Poblenou is located nearby, where you will find lots of lovely cafes, shops and restaurants serving fresh seafood and other specialties.
What we liked the most
- The studio is beautifully decorated.
- There is a dining table with 2 chairs.
- The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances.
- The bathroom also has a washing machine.
- There are numerous parks nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
