This studio apartment is available to rent on Carrer de Berlin, on the border between the Les Corts and the Sants-Montjuïc areas of the city. The apartment is a cosy 28 m² interior space, with twin beds, a dining table and a kitchenette, plus a full bathroom. The two beds can be pushed together to create a double, making the space suitable for 2 close friends, or a couple. The apartment has new, modern fittings and furnishings, and is attractively decorated, making it very welcoming.
Carrer de Berlin is a big road, (although the apartment is interior, so you won't hear much noise), tree-lined and busy. What does this mean? Lots of shopping, bars, restaurants, etc. In fact, pretty much every amenity you will need for everyday life can be found within a few minute's walk. And the Metro is nearby too, bringing you quickly to anywhere in the city you need to be.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no washer or dryer in the property, however there are 3 different launderettes within a 3–5 minute walk of the property, one of which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
