This studio apartment is available to rent on Carrer de Josep Ciurana in Horta Guinardó. The basement apartment is 56 m² and airy, with lots of floor space, and exposed brick walls. The property is a house, and the landlord lives above, renting out the separate basement. You will have a double bed and a desk, and a comfortable sofa bed also, for if you have guests visit. There is also a kitchenette area, and plenty of storage, and a laundry room in the large garden.

This is a pleasant area of the city to live in, quiet and calm, with a few shops and cafes nearby, as well as a Metro stop a couple of minute's walk away. You will also be living right next to a park popular with families, and just a couple of minutes from the much larger Parc del Guinardó, which affords spectacular views of the city.

What we liked the most

  • We love the large garden which you will be able to use.
  • You will have access to the kitchen of the house above, as it is larger and better equipped.
  • Everything is newly renovated, giving the space a cool, and spotless feel.
  • There are lots of places to go walking nearby, and the Parc del Guinardó is one of the most popular in the city for a reason!

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen does not have an oven or a microwave. However, the landlord will allow you use of his kitchen in the house above.
  • To enter the property, you will have to pass through the landlord's home, as the only access is via the private garden.
