A beautiful and sunny studio apartment with a balcony is available to rent in El Raval, Barcelona. This 35m² apartment is perfect for students or couples, and it has lots of natural light coming in from the balcony. The main room is bright, and it has a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, a small sofa, some shelving to separate the bedroom area from the living area, and a big table with chairs. It is also very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is small but has everything you might need, including a washing machine, an electric stove, an oven, a mini-fridge, and a microwave-- you won't go without anything here! The bathroom is tiny but practical, and it has plenty of storage space below the sink.

El Raval is one of Barcelona's most central and popular neighbourhoods to live in. Home to the much-loved Mercat de Sant Antoni, and located nearby Les Rambles, El Raval is a diverse, artsy, and vibrant place to live. Come see for yourself!
