This 40 m² studio apartment for rent has been fully renovated and has a very modern yet rustic decor. Inside the apartment you can find elegant wooden beams and beautiful wooden archways. There is a cozy kitchen corner, that connects to the huge bathroom, and living room that is furnished with a sofa bed. You can find the double bed in a corner nook with a window that provides plenty of light.

The apartment is located in the very central neighborhood of El Raval. In this neighborhood you can find the famous Las Ramblas street and two of Barcelona's best markets – El Mercat de Sant Josep and El Mercat de Sant Antoni. You won't need to go very far, but if you do there are 2 metro stations nearby.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is fully renovated with beautiful wooden details, making it a rustic haven in a cosmopolitan city.
  • The double bed is tucked away in a corner of the living room.
  • The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a lot of shelving, a coffee table, and a standalone wardrobe.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, dining table dishwasher, a washing machine, and elegant wooden countertops.
  • The renovated bathroom is very spacious and has an elegant decor.
  • The apartment's location is completely central and you have multiple metro stops nearby.

Things to keep in mind

  • The building is not equipped with an elevator, but once you enter this cozy home you'll forget all about the walk up.
