This original and centrally located studio apartment is available to rent in the El Born neighbourhood in Barcelona. The apartment, which can fit 2 people, has direct key access from the elevator and features beautiful wood floors and exposed beams and brick. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a hot plate, mini refrigerator, and small appliances. The modern bathroom had a large, luxurious shower, and, in the main living space, you will find a double bed, flat-screen television, and small dining table.

This property has a lot of character, just like the neighbourhood it is found in. El Born is known for its diverse population, narrow streets, characteristic architecture, bars, and shops. You will be conveniently close to many amenities and several public transport options. On the weekends, relax in the nearby Ciutadella Park or at the beach, which is only 20 minutes away on foot.

What we liked the most

  • The exposed wood beams and brick in this apartment make it feel rustic and cozy.
  • There is heating and A/C, so you will be comfortable year round.
