This spacious and bright 7-bedroom, 1-bathroom shared apartment is located on Carrer de Roger de Llúria in the L'Eixample Dreta neighborhood of beautiful Barcelona. All 7 bedrooms are available to rent and come fully furnished with any amenity one would need while in Barcelona. The kitchen is fully equipped and has ample storage space, ensuring room for each tenants' belongings. There is also a toilet room in addition to a complete bathroom. This 200 m² apartment is situated in a central area, close to the well-known Sagrada Familia, and has easy access to several forms of transportation.

What we liked the most

  • Bedroom 3 is equipped with a personal en-suite bathroom.
  • Bedroom 2 has large windows that allow for great views of the surrounding area and allow for lots of natural light.
  • Bedroom 1 has access to a balcony and features a fireplace, although it is not a working fireplace, it really adds to the decor.
  • All furniture are new and the rooms are furnished with viscoelastic mattresses.
  • There is one full bathroom and a toilet room to be shared among tenants.
  • There are several metro stations all within a short walk from the apartment, including, Diagnal, Verdaguer, Girona, Tetuan, Sagrada Familia and Joanic, giving tenants easy access to the rest of the city.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 7 is the only bedroom with a single bed; however, it is equipped with shelves and a desk for studies or work.
