Located on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, this 9 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment spans 225 m2 in total area and offers a conveniently located flat for tenants. Shared areas of the apartment include the spacious living room, furnished with two sofas, TV, and a dining table with chairs, the kitchen complete with an oven and dishwasher, and 2 bathrooms. The neighborhood of the flat is L’Eixample Esquerra, noted for housing famous Modernist monuments such as Casa Batllo. There are metro stations within a 5 minute walk from where you can take a direct line to Barcelona city center and the University of Barcelona.

What we liked the most

  • Several of the bedrooms have their own balconies.
  • All utilities are included in the rental price.
  • The apartment is located right in the city buzz and close to plenty of metro stations - you will have easy access to other parts of Barcelona.
  • You will also be located just a short bus ride from the beach!
  • Even though this apartment has 9 bedrooms, they are all very spacious.
  • The kitchen is fully furnished, complete with a dishwasher and an oven.

How to book
