Located on Carrer Laforja in the luxurious neighborhood of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, this spacious student apartment has 6 rooms for rent with all utilities included in the price. You will be sharing the common areas- the 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, and fully equipped kitchen- with your new student roommates. The best feature of the flat is the living room: a luminous space, it features a dining area in addition to a brick fireplace. All rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe, tailored to facilitate tenants' studies. The neighborhood, Serria-Sant Gervasi, is the most posh area of Barcelona and the apartment itself is situated a few minutes’ walk from the bohemian district of Gracia. A 17 minute walk will take you to the Polytechnic University of Catalunya and the University of Barcelona is 20 minutes away by train. The property measures 150 m2 in total area.

What we liked the most

  • The neighborhood of the apartment, Sarria-Sant Gervasi, is a luxurious one, full of beautiful buildings and various boutiques.
  • The rooms are beautifully decorated with colorful sheets and stylish furniture.
  • The apartment is well equipped - along with basic amenities, you will also find a dryer and a dishwasher to make your life a bit easier!
  • The living room is furnished with a beautiful glass dining table, an AC unit, and a large flat-screen TV, settled on top a brick fireplace. We love this room, as it provides a relaxing, comfortable space for tenants.
  • All bills come included in the price.

    • Check-ins during weekends or holidays as well as late check-ins (Monday to Friday from 19:00 to 21:00), will be done directly at the apartment and charged €50 extra.
    • Check-ins cannot be done after 21:00.

How to book
