This 110 m2 apartment is very luminous and being on the fourth floor, tenants can enjoy views of the neighborhood's typical building facades from the exterior rooms and the living room. You'll find A/C units in the living room and in Room 4, so you'll have an easier time bearing through Barcelona's summers! Gracia, the district in which you'll find this flat, has a local and Bohemian atmosphere despite its proximity to the city center. What we liked the most

  • The apartment has plenty of storage: cupboards in the kitchen, wardrobes in the hallway to a storage room which also has an extra fridge.
  • We love the view from the living room window- you have fourth floor views of the typical building facades of the surrounding area.
  • Room number 3 has an extra sofa along with a balcony overlooking the street.
  • Along with having plenty of areas to dry your clothes, you will also have access to a dryer.
  • The apartment in one of the best areas of Barcelona- Gracia- and is close to the city centre. You'll be able to reach the University of Barcelona and the beach in under 30 minutes.
  • All utilities are included in the rental price.
  • You'll have access to the common terrace on the rooftop!

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment building doesn't have an elevator - a perfect time to get fit!
  • There is a small fee for using the dryer.

Transportation

You can reach the University of Barcelona by foot in 26 minutes. Several metro and tramway stations, including Diagonal (L3, L5) and Gracia (S1, S2, L6, L7) are just 15 minute walk away. They'll take you to the university in 20 minutes. You can also take the bus number 45 from Bruc-Corsega and get to the beach in 30 minutes.
