El Raval has plenty of sights to see, from museums to parks and plazas, as well as a wide array of restaurants and bars. The apartment is close to the University of Barcelona, making this an ideal place for students who want to live close to campus. The area of the apartment is 70 square metres.

What we liked the most

  • The location, El Raval, is very ideal for those who want to explore Barcelona. Not only is the apartment close to many cultural attractions, it is also not far from the beach
  • All rooms have double beds, so tenants can stretch out!
  • Three of the rooms have a personal sink, which can free up a lot of waiting time for the bathroom
  • The rooms all have big windows or a balcony, which is great for letting in lots of natural light
  • The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by metro and bus

Things to keep in mind

  • There is one bathroom to be shared among all tenants, but most rooms have private sinks
  • The apartment does not come with an oven, microwave, or TV.
  • You'll get good exercise going up the stairs, as the building is not equipped with an elevator
  • Though cleaning service is included in the rent, cleaning products need to be purchased by the tenants.
