This is an apartment with sunny rooms for rent, in a location which is great for students. If you´re looking for a place just around the corner from the university and with a very good transportation access to a variety of Barcelona's most famous locations, we may have a solution for you. Six rooms are available in this beautiful exterior apartment located on 10th floor - don't worry, there's a fully function elevator in the building. The rooms are fully furnished and offer great views. The tenants will share 3 bathrooms along with a beautiful living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is located on Carrer Sabina de Arana, in Les Corts. Nearby you may find Camp Nou, the home of FC Barcelona, and plenty of shopping centres, perfect for all shopping addicts. You will be living very close to the Zona Universitària, an area housing several campuses of Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and Universitat de Barcelona.

What we liked the most

  • We really enjoyed the inspiring 10th floor view from the apartment and we can only imagine what sunsets may look like!
  • The rooms have large windows and offer plenty natural light which is great for students who don't wish to spend their time studying with a bad lighting.
  • The common area is very large and bright - you can enjoy spending your time socialising with your new flatmates!
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need during your stay in Barcelona.
  • All utilities come included in the rent price! What a perfect stress-free opportunity!

How to book
