This central property has plenty of personality, decorated with patterned floor tiling and high ceilings. The large living room is connected to the fully-equipped kitchen in an open-plan layout, and practically every bedroom has its own private balcony.
Situated on Carrer d'Avinyó, this apartment is in the very heart of Barcelona's central Barri Gòtic neighbourhood. The local area is characterised by old, winding streets, and there are plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants that are popular with tourists and locals alike. You will be living within walking distance of Las Ramblas, the beach and the Cathedral. This property is ideal for students, as Barcelona University is about 15 minutes away.

- The apartment is decorated with bright, modern furniture and has authentic floor tiling.
- Almost every bedroom in the apartment has its own private balcony (bedroom 5 has two!)
- The kitchen has a dishwasher which is very practical, as well as 2 fridges.
- This apartment is perfect for students, as the University of Barcelona is approximately 15 minutes away.
- The beach is within walking distance of the property.
