The nice and clean looking décor gives the fully furnished apartment a neat and polished look. Tenants can relax in the living room and watch some T.V. or take advantage of the many cultural attractions nearby. Gaudí's Sagrada Familia is within walking distance of the apartment and other notable attractions such as Park Güell, Arc de Triomf and Passeig de Gràcia are only a few bus stops away. This is the perfect spot for cultural enthusiasts and those wanting to experience the true Barcelona lifestyle. The area of the apartment is 75 metres squared.
